Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field;
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and practical experience in payroll calculation;
Experience working with HRIS (SAP);
Advanced MS Excel skills;
Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English;
Strong numerical and analytical thinking, with high attention to detail;
Effective time management, ability to work independently, and strong prioritization skills.
Responsibilities
Calculate and process salary payments, including but not limited to vacation pay, temporary disability pay/deductions, additional payments, final settlements, and other payments accurately and on time, in accordance with legislation and internal policies;
Process domestic and international business trips, ensuring that all travel arrangements and related expenses are properly documented, accurately calculated, and reimbursed on time, in accordance with applicable legislation and internal company policies;
Maintain and execute the registry of alimony and other deductions based on court and enforcement documents;
Review approved timesheets and ensure their accuracy;
Submit requests to the State Social Protection Fund (SSPF) regarding social benefits and monitor the payment process;
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to relevant state authorities (State Statistics Committee, Tax Authority, etc.);
Prepare and share various payment-related reports based on internal requests;
Act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers for Life Insurance Program;
Respond to employees’ payroll-related inquiries in a timely manner;
Prepare payroll and financial reference letters based on employee requests;
Support payroll-related audit requests;
Collaborate closely with relevant units to analyze and improve processes within the HRIS (SAP) modules in use;
Automate payroll and other HR processes within the HRIS (SAP) system and develop various system-based reports;
Test and implement changes in the HRIS (SAP) system and support users by answering or helping resolve technical/daily system-related questions.
