Senior representatives of PASHA Real Estate Group met with the Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milojko Spajić, to discuss the development of tourism and tourism infrastructure, the country’s investment environment, and the continued role of Portonovi resort in supporting Montenegro’s growth as an international destination.
PASHA Real Estate Group was represented by Elchin Gadimov, Chief Commercial Officer and CEO of International Projects, and Matt Balcik, Chief Hospitality Officer.
The discussion also covered Montenegro’s growing attractiveness to international investors as the country advances towards European Union membership and the importance of continued public-private cooperation in supporting long-term investment.
PASHA Real Estate executives stated: “Montenegro is an important market for PASHA Real Estate Group, and our investment in Portonovi reflects the Group’s long-term confidence in the country and its potential. We greatly value the support of the Government of Montenegro and appreciate the environment that has enabled the Group to successfully develop and operate in the country. We remain focused on creating lasting value by maintaining Portonovi’s position as one of the leading luxury developments in the region.”
Portonovi, PASHA Real Estate Group’s flagship development on the Adriatic coast, brings together the luxury One&Only Portonovi hotel, the internationally award-winning Portonovi Marina, premium residences and villas, restaurants, and lifestyle and leisure amenities within an integrated waterfront destination. The development is one of the largest foreign investment projects in Montenegro and contributes to the growth of the country’s luxury tourism and real estate sectors.
At the conclusion of the meeting, PASHA Real Estate Group representatives once again thanked Prime Minister Milojko Spajić and the Government of Montenegro for their continued support and attention to the development of tourism.
